On April 27th, 2024, the Faculty of Computing and Technology at the University of Kelaniya transformed into a hive of open-source knwoledge as the Open Source Summit 24 kicked off. This event was a milestone for the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) community, drawing students, tech enthusiasts, and industry leaders from across Sri Lanka and beyond. It was a celebration of open-source technology, fostering connections and igniting passion for collaborative development.
